so i'm low carbing and decide to cook up some calamari....i mixed in some veggies etc, and ate about a pound of the stuff....it was about 80 grams of protein.....
MY question----how "good" is this kinda protein? Is it bioavailable enough, cause man, at 2 bucks a pound, it was tasty as hell and i'd eat it more if certain that i'm getting enough protein
