WICKED,

So, you've claimed that you've only been working out for TWO YEARS, yet you flat bench 405 for 5 and you squat 550 for 2.  RAW, no equipment.  And only recently you've started test, but even before that your lifts were pretty much what I just stated.  So you're claiming that within two years of working out, you've gained strength it takes powerlifters decades to gain?  If so, you are pound for pound about 4 times as strong as Paul Anderson and Doug Hepburn, perhaps two of the strongest men in history. :-\

WICKED,

I've said before I've lifted on and off throughout highschool but didn't know what I was doing. Started lifting at home in a makeshift gym and one fo those cheap cap barbell setups and stuff. I didn't know much beyond what my M and F issues and Arnold's bodybuilding encyclopedia. I'm only been SERIOULSLY working out for 6 days a week for a couple years. Your saying that if you already have somewhat of a base and start taking it seriously and have a better knowledge of how to train properly, going from 285 to 405 on the bench press in two years isn't feasable? C'mon now. Unless you train like a "fitness expert" 3 days a week, I'd like to see how no one can do it? I've gotten two buddies of mine that could only bench 205 and 255 up to 275 nad 315 in a matter of months training with me. STRENGTH comes before size and for me strength comes easily. How does the numbers I put up make me one of the strongest men in history? For my size and age, my strength is typical for most who've trained for awhile. I've done a few cycles within that time frame too. So what about what I've said or done is hard to comprehend or accept as doable?

I will say one thing though, if infact i'm doing something wrong or could better myself in the videos and pics I'm trying to get posted, I would like to know. I'm not ashamed to eat my crow if I'm doing something wrong. If it betters me then it does...

He's still a bitch like he has been since he signed up!?  ???I like he and I understand his skepticism. I have offered to do it but don't have a camera, so I'm really hoping I can get together with dizz today and see if he can post something. I can't produce a vid without the equipment..but I'm willing.

I have a digi cam..how else would I have put up pics of myself in some of them? Even a cell phone has a digicam in it. The digicam I have is an older hp one that came with the computer and it doesn't have a camera function. These guys want a video. I can't take pics of myself and even if I took a pic of me doing a certain wait, it's not good enough for getbig! I gotta deliver to the fans!  ;D

Mate, it's not just a matter of going from 285 to 405 in two years--it's a matter of going to 285 to 405 for SEVERAL REPS. :-\  And RAW, at that.  With a year's worth of specialized training--three total years of "serious" lifting--you could be benching 600+ RAW, at this rate.

Listen, the BP has never been my best lift.  After dieting down for three months eating almost nothing, I could only bench 225 for 3.

Does it look like I've done more diet anything beyond a diet coke? There's no way I could get 500 or even 600 raw without a few more years under my belt. A jump from 225 to 315 is one thing. But ask the guys that press 405 and now do 500 how long it took them. I don't think i'll even be close to 500 EVER just because I've already got a bum shoulder, my wrist kill me on anything heavier than 405, and my elbow of late has been giving me hell. Am I happy with that? No. Will I keep trying to GET there? Hell yeah. Do I think I'll make it? Honesty I doubt it. Just becuase YOU can't do something doesn't set the standard for everyone else. Tha'ts like that one powerlifting dude putting up 525 raw at 198lbs. Apparenlty it's doable. That's what I don't understand about some people on get big. The only reason you can't lift x-amount of weight (not you in particular joey) but whomever, is because you already BELIEVE it's unreachable. Bullshit, I've seen shit on here and in the gym that blew my mind. I've also done things even I thought were impossible jus ta few months ago. If you want it bad enough ANYTHING is doable...wtf kidna diet were you on that dropped you down so much you could only hit 225 for 3? That pay rent or eat kinda diet?!

405 is abit more believable than 700!  ;D  If i get SS approval though, I'll get 700 by july and no one will question me. lol

I find that absurd.  You claim to press 405 for SEVERAL REPS, so are you saying that pressing 410 once would kill your wrists? ::)  Give it up, mate, your lies have caught up to you.

Bench 405 for several clean reps, like you claim, and I will publicly give you props.  Until then, you are a liar.

You don't hafta give me anything. 410? No...discomfort but not pain. I tried 465 the other day and bombed it. THAT bothered them a little and had to sit for a few minutes before my next set. I'll accept that though. You can call me a liar until I prove that I can do it.

Post the vid of you doing 405 for just 3 reps (less reps than you actually claim), and shut us all up.

MORE LIES FROM WICKED....

He claims to have been squatting for only five months now (see below), yet he can do 550 for 2 and 405 for very high rep sets ::)

I think this is my 5th month of ever having squatted.

J.D. said some things came up and wasn't able to. So it's not my fault. I trained today anyway so here's my bullshit claims for today's workout.

ARMS!!!

BICEPS!!!

dumbbell preacher curls:

60lbsx12x1
80lbsx6x1
90lbsx4x1 HOW CAN A TRAINER NOT KNOW HOW TO SPOT!!! WHEN I SAY I WANT TO GO PARALLEL TO THE FLOOR WITH IT, THAT'S WHAT I WANT TO DO! DON'T RANDOMLY FUCKING STOP ME WHEN YOU THINK I SHOULD! WASTE OF MY TIME AND MADE IT A HELLUVA LOT HARDER! HAD DO TO SOME REPS OVER!  >:( >:(
80lbsx8x1 and 80lbsx7x1 (left arm)

seated alternating dumbbell curls:

60lbsx10x1
70lbsx5x1 started to swing, called it quits. The swinging hurts my elbow...
65lbsx8x1

dumbbell hammer curls:
70lbsx8x1
70lbsx10x1

...didn't go much heavier than that, if I did the hammers earlier in the routine instead of last, I could've gone heavier. Oh well.

TRICEPS!!

closed grip bench press: first two sets were on the flat bench and not the smith because they were full. I wanted to finish but FUCK it started to hurt...so I racked and waited on the smith. The smith machine doesn't aggrevate it. I wonder why.  ??? ???

135x15x1
315x6x1
405x2x1
405x3x1 I noticed I could get an extra rep if I rep'd them FAST and pause at the top and bottom. Like it makes much of a difference...
405x2x1
365x6x1+2rp

cable pressdowns:
wholestackx15x1 failure
wholestackx13x1 failure
wholestackx11x1 failure

hammer strength plate loaded pressdowns:
4platesx15x1 warmup
10platesx7x1
10platesx8x1 If I wasn't such a pussy, I could've gotten two sets of 8!  >:(

TRAPS!!!
  make up day...

135x15x1
315x10x1
500x10x1
600x10x1
675x3x1 (7 plates a side is intimidating....)
600x10x1
500x20x1

That's what I squat and that's how long I've been squatting. What kinda response are you looking for? With my first attempts on heavy stuff, I only go to parallel to get my confidence up. Once I start hitting it easily, I'll go deeper. 405 for high reps and sitting in the hole with it and feels good and stretches oh my hip flexors and quads. Seriously, feels good and keeps me from cramping later.
