TRICEPS!!closed grip bench press: first two sets were on the flat bench and not the smith because they were full. I wanted to finish but FUCK it started to hurt...so I racked and waited on the smith. The smith machine doesn't aggrevate it. I wonder why.

We're also waiting for the video of you lifting that somebody training with you today was supposed to be taking.
That's what I squat and that's how long I've been squatting. What kinda response are you looking for? With my first attempts on heavy stuff, I only go to parallel to get my confidence up. Once I start hitting it easily, I'll go deeper. 405 for high reps and sitting in the hole with it and feels good and stretches oh my hip flexors and quads. Seriously, feels good and keeps me from cramping later.
