Most elite gyms in Bulgaria have "cold rooms" where the athlete's can take brief naps between sets.

I hit 10 sets of 10 at 225-255 to finish my squat routine after 4 heavy sets about once a month. You will hardly be able to walk 2 days later if you finish it off with a solid routine afterwards (extensions, lunges, curls, etc.).
