Feel free to lie about your lifts it makes it more interesting

My Bulking Paid off i hit 2 reps on squat with 4 plates aside, the first rep was intense only meant to go just parelle but the weight caught me by suprise and had my ass on my calves first time i haver ever screamed in the gym and was able to get it up and do the next rep at parrelle.
Bench Press 1 rep with 4 plates aside it felt good got down to my chest paused and drove the bar up slowly went for a second and got it half way up before i asked my spotter for an assist.
Does not sound like much, but it was important for me to break the 400 barrier natural as i had cheated in the past with gear to get there.
I think i have an injury from the squat my groin is killing me,now time to diet down and go back to my light lifting,got 40 pounds to lose.
I have to thank the Hammerstrenght equipment, thinking of buying some for my home gym.
Am on a high but i expect fellow Getbiggers to bring me back down to earth with a big thump.
