But it's an old school trick to soak the tape measure in water so it shrinks.

No way this clown had arms as big as Levrone or Coleman, if their arms were even 24 inches.

PS - Hogan's were 24 without pump LOL

Can't compare to Levrone or Coleman, they are both right around 5'10", Hogan is listed at 6'7 and 275 and thats right now, I'm sure he was heavier when he was wrestling, in either case, being 6'7 and 300lbs 24" wouldn't be a stretch, and even if it wern't, it was was a good gimmick!

During one of the early WWF steroid trials, they questioned Hogan about his arm size, at their peak they were 22". He also admitted to his main stack being Deca, Anadrol, and Testosterone, with the bulk being Deca.

Hogan in his YOUNGER years at 305-330 pounds and 6'5"-6'6" (NO LONGER). He has lost significant height since 1990, due to several back surgeries, neck fusion, hip and knee replacements. He's still over 6'3" today, but not by much.

also he did have his best combo of size and cuts in the nwo days

I think for a short period they might have been, it's just that he's pretty tall. I remember seeing photos of David Willoughby measuring the arms of taller strongman contestants in the 6'3"- 6'5" 330-350lbs range. While they were giants, their arm size in photos was'nt all that impressive because of their height.

While most of those Hulk photos show an arm in the 19-20" range, I do think there was a short time where he couldhave gone 21-22" inches.

Hogan was 6'7" and 300+ at his biggest in WWF days. When Vince attempted a mock "Tonight Show" gimmick he put the Hulkster on the spot and measured his arms cold.....they taped at 24". Youtube may have a video of it.
