This is my pet toad. He lives in the leaflitter in my girlfriend's garden and his name is Dominic Santiago.
He's pretty good, as far as pets go. I don't have to feed, clean or house him. In fact, his only requirement is that I don't run over him with the lawn mower.

He did, but I haven't seen him for a week or two. I suspect foul play and there are three likely candidates:

Candidate #3 looks a little guilty.... Funnily enough, she is the prime suspect. She's an ex-stray and does like to spend her free time decimating the local wildlife population.

That looks like it could be a toad of the genus "Bufo" to me. You'd need a picture from the top and the side to be sure.

Correctumundo, Vet. It's a Common Toad (Bufo Bufo). So, Flower, does Dominic Santiago (M.I.A) win toad of the month?

lol @ this thread ...although I hope Dominic is OK We are all praying that he will return safely. Well, when I say "we", I mean me. My girlfriend and her pets are completely ambivalent about the little fellas disappearance. It's the not knowing that's the worst thing.
