I've run a lot more deca then eq in the past but that may switch in the future.
Deca is a great drug, great for size and the added joint relief is fantastic, but for many it can be a little harder to come off of. If you use it, I always recommend you stop it 2-4wks before the rest of your cycle ends. that way it is easier to come off of. Even so, I've noticed that my cycles end a little smoother without deca in the first place.
EQ gains are not as strong as deca but they are there. If you wanted to get the same results from eq as you would deca as far as pure size is concerned, a higher dose would have to be in play...but that doesn't make eq worthless. The gains are there, although they seem to be a little slower at piling on, they also seem to be easier to maintain afterwards. Further, it is much easier to come off eq IMO then deca.
In my experience, I will say that my best actual cycles have included deca...as far as the cycle itself. My best size and strength gains have come when deca was in the mix. However, when the cycles are done, the ones without deca seem to have an easier maintaining effect...this would be due to the easier PCT and so forth IMO.
I've run deca at 400mg/wk-600mg/wk and I've never noticed that much difference between the two dose ranges. The only thing about 600mg/wk is that on that particular cycle I got some nose bleeds.
As for EQ, I've run 300mg/wk-900mg/wk. In this case, anything under 400mg/wk IMO is a waste for most people IMO...not worth much. I prefer 600-900mg/wk for myself but most people would probably be happy in a range of 400-600mg/wk.
