Here's something to ponder. Getting ready for football season we use to play catch with 45's, one handed or two. Quickens the reflex's and eye/hand reactions, not to mention the gripping power. The old smooth 50 lb exercise plates (1 1/8 holes) were sometimes used. Those were a challenge. And all done Island style, bare feet or Flip Flops. Sometimes it's good to live on the edge.
