Be careful, instead of having an intelligent debate with this clown, he'll just call you an idiot or some other name and tell you you're wrong, thats why I quit responding to him!!
lol
coach, you're not fooling anyone. if you could prove me wrong you would have done it by now. you can't, i know you can't so we'll just file your this one with your 535lb raw bench at 180lbs claim. of course if the issue was with me (oldest excuse in the book) why don't you answer Van Bilderass?

anyone that pays you a cent for personal training is being defrauded. hope this helps.
biceps, you said that the chemicals could restore atp stores quickly after exhausting them. again, lots of nice theory but nothing in the way of evidence. that's because they won't in reality. if they did we would have the best natural ped ever.
lactic acid buffers are only buffers, they won't restore anything. i have used them in competition and training and i have noticed some benefit but they can also give you BAD stomach cramps and the runs.
you're right about too much protein exascerbating the lactic burn, which is another reason why a very high protein bber diet is a bad idea in sports requiring lactic clearance. also another reason why milos' theories on natural supplementation don't hold water in the real world of athletic competition.
btw, i am not angry at milos at all. he is far more qualified than me on the subject of bbing, but if this board is good for anything, it's good for calling bs and i just want people to think first before they accept bs claims from supplement companies as fact. if i can save just one person from throwing $210 U.S down the toilet then i can sleep well.
