Yes you can with calcium salt of pytic acid.

this is your original statement stupid.

there is absolutely no proof whatsoever that ingesting pytic acid and calcium salt will regenerate atp stores within the muscle quickly.

what you are talking about is a lactic acid buffer and it would be much simpler to ingest bicarb soda, which has been used for over 20 years by athletes so quit trying to sound intelligent stupid.

you believe milos' drink 'prevents muscle breakdown' cool. people need to get rich and idiots like you need to make that happen so it's all good. it's my belief athat stupid people should have to give money to smarter people anyway. it's called 'survival of the fittest'. ;)

arvilla, YOU calling MILOS an 'ironing board with abs' has got to be up there your most delusional and hypocritical statements ever. congratulations. :D

let me see, if milos is an ironing board with abs, that must mean you're a streak of pelican shit with no abs right?  :)

I didn`t say that Milos`s products helps ATP , Phytis acid it doz, Milos`s product prevent muscle brakedown.
OK, so this has really nothing to do with Milos or his drinks. Not relevant to the discussion.

Yeah, now I remember seeing the abstract reference, it was Sopharma (makers of Tribestan) selling this shit. Their research also "showed" Tribestan to raise test, which it doesn't.

That is correct regarding the sodium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate is an alkaline salt NaHCO3 and it doz neutralize acidity.
And had been used for more than 60 years not 20 years as a performance enhancer for sprinters by countring build up of lactate through induced metabolic alkaloids.
Looks like you are taking bicarbonate, my question how many minutes takes to enter to your blood stream ? if the bicarbonate has a such of quick effect why you don't accept the theory of taking aminos or phytic acid on empty stomach having the same quick absorption.
For ATP production you need a mixture of calcium, manganese and magnesium salt and phosphates. Phytic acid loosely describes a group of molecules know as organic phosphates that are a mixture of calcum, manganese and magnesium salt of inositol hexaphosphoric acid. Phytic acid is coveted to the easily absorbed molecule myo-inositol. As you see this is not a lactic acid buffer.

I don't have to believe Milos, because I know for sure that it is beneficial to take aminos during and after workouts on empty stomach, I started taking essential aminos back in the 1984.

Do you need help with you workouts ?

BTW why you so angry with Milos.

VAN Bilderass,

Regarding Milos`s drink, are you taking Creatine Monohydrare during your workout  if yes than how you explain the the apportion, BTW essential aminos are much smaller molecules than the Creatine Monohydrate molecules.

Milos has theoretically and most importantly practically prove.

The Coach,

Thank you.
I am a old timer, no body from  this board will and can`t make me angry. I don`t take them seriously.

I was hoping that some people from this board are serious.

OK, I guess you are saying that the aminos will be absorbed quickly. Sure, no question about that, no one is doubting that. The problem with Milos' theory is that he would have a hard time proving his drinks are anymore effective (for muscle growth) than, say, having a whey+maltodextrin shake before and after workouts.

He has made a lot of claims regarding his drinks, which he says are supported by research. Not quite so. It's mostly speculation. Some of the things he says are clearly wrong as well. That's fine but promote it for what it is - hypothetically better than regular food/protein shakes.

Van Bilderes,

Milos is talking about during the workout with out the whey protein, so your body don`t go in catabolic stage and to prevent muscle brakedown. Whey protein oxidates Leucine so I assume that way he suggest that don`t take the essential aminos whit the Whey. I don`t remember Milos saying that his drinks are better than food, of course you can get big with out his drink, but will take longer. I can`t make comments for Milos,  I do know that taking essential aminos during physical exercise it works.
Remember to feel the effect you need to train very very hard with out aminos than next time train very very hard with the aminos, and you will know what I am talking about.

I hope this helps.

Yes yes, I know his reasoning. Here's the thing: simple whey protein already contains high amounts of BCAAs of which Leucine is one of course. The other aminos in the whey don't hinder the essential aminos from increasing protein synthesis nor do they cause muscle breakdown or Leucine oxidation.

I could go on with this topic, but the bottom line is that Milos has a theory that is shaky at best.

lol

coach, you're not fooling anyone. if you could prove me wrong you would have done it by now. you can't, i know you can't so we'll just file your this one with your 535lb raw bench at 180lbs claim. of course if the issue was with me (oldest excuse in the book) why don't you answer Van Bilderass? ;)

anyone that pays you a cent for personal training is being defrauded. hope this helps.

biceps, you said that the chemicals could restore atp stores quickly after exhausting them. again, lots of nice theory but nothing in the way of evidence. that's because they won't in reality. if they did we would have the best natural ped ever.

lactic acid buffers are only buffers, they won't restore anything. i have used them in competition and training and i have noticed some benefit but they can also give you BAD stomach cramps and the runs.

you're right about too much protein exascerbating the lactic burn, which is another reason why a very high protein bber diet is a bad idea in sports requiring lactic clearance. also another reason why milos' theories on natural supplementation don't hold water in the real world of athletic competition.

btw, i am not angry at milos at all. he is far more qualified than me on the subject of bbing, but if this board is good for anything, it's good for calling bs and i just want people to think first before they accept bs claims from supplement companies as fact. if i can save just one person from throwing $210 U.S down the toilet then i can sleep well. :D

Look at that picture and tell me pro bodybuilding isn't pretty gay.  Guys who drug themselves up, then hop on a stage to impress other males.  Oh brother. ::)
All joking aside, your nuts will thank you for not ingesting many steroids.  I'd be surprised if any of these guys won't need test shots the rest of their lives.  Honestly, not worth the trade off.
