My drink(s) [3 drinks - before-during-after] - every time I train /except on the LEGS day - when I don't take during...for obvious reasons.../

Vince came back in his best ever - when he turned 50...Francis Benfato is at his all time best at 49...
Albert Beckless won Niagara Falls - when he was 61 (I beat him week earlier - in my pro debut... ::))...and I am only having fun...

Difference is - I love bodybuilding...and I love training...Can't say I love dieting - but for some reason - I don't really have to diet - and never really did (maybe that's the reason I was able to compete 110 times so far...72 IFBB pro shows...?)

I am coming back next year to mess things up in the IFBB - and be first (OK - I take that back...not really first one...) Mr. Olympia with NOT SO GREAT ARMS...
My 15 inch "pythons" will be 16 inches by the time I am 50 years old - I promise...
