I think the guy is only 43, I don't think that is considered his late 40's
Why don't you try his style of training and see what results you get?
sorry, my mistake, i was under the impression that he was getting closer to 50. not being a smart ass. he does look great at any age.
i am not a bber and simply gaining muscle weight for the sake of it would be suicide for what i do. frankly, if the muscle i gain isn't strong and fast then i would be better off getting fat. muscle uses energy and saps oxygen quickly. i would be like an asthmatic rhino.
i am not even close to qualified to say milos' methods don't work. milos kicks my ass all over the place in bbing terms. he is a proven top flight competitor and was very successful.
if you look at my posts aimed at milos, i'm just calling it as i see it. he has made some pretty outlandish assertions and i want him to back it up is all.
i was just looking through a very old weider mag, 1986 m & f today and i see advertisements on every page where wild claims were made for his 'anabolic mega packs' and 'dynamic weight gainer', etc
now let's just take a look at the weight gainer. it goes something like, "let joe weider, trainer of champions, put pounds of muscle on you every day like the champions do. we know hoe to add beef and you can add a pound a day by simply drinking these great tasting shakes."
i can only imagine how many people became poor fat asses by doing just this.
weider propped up his steroid using bbers as solid evidence of his amazing milk powder when the reality is that all those supplements combined had as much to do with their development as cheese cake.
didn't stop joe weider from become a very rich man though, did it?
my point is, if no one questions these guys hard, it seems to just get accepted as fact. look how quickly seemingly everyone here melts to this guy. truth is, he's brilliant. he gives you just enough truth to look credible (people have become a bit wiser since the old weider days) and then he tries to hawk his product.
no, milos is not selling insulin, but he is claiming that insulin alone can get you a physique like his which is pure bullshit. then he reminds you that his product
acts like/and in conjunction with insulin.
as for his attemtps at downgrading his criminal conviction, well, he's not fooling me, let's put it that way. i don't think steroid possession should be illegal but milos wasn't just conspiring to
possess steroids. the fact that he has gone a step further and say he was simply asking about a couple...lmao.
chaos, i'm glad you're achieving your goals with milos and i wish you every success, as i said, the man is qualified and then some.
