I have not worked out strictly for 3 years, prior to that I was pretty much by the book on workout & diet/protein intake.
Now that I have the time and certain injuries have healed I would like to start bulking up again.
I am 5'10: 165 lbs, I was at 195 3 years ago.
Anyhow will it hurt me internally to just go back to a 200g Protein a day diet, or should i gradually ease into that amount of protein???
