Funny how nobody really cares if the Protein powders have the protein amount they claim they have per serving....
Rather this thread became a discussion between "real food vs. supplement."

They do - period, although that doesn't mean EVERY brand out there adheres to the code of honor or turns you into a God like they claim
A lot of them along with other foods sometimes have more than what the label says believe it or not. This is because what the label says represents (or should) what will be the worst case scenario. So if a brand says you get 23 gm / serving, then you can be assured that that's the least amount you'll find, meaning you can sometimes get 24 or 25 gm per serving (to give you an example).
Same with 'best before', 'use by' labels - they normally advice you to consume the product a day or 2 before they'd go bad, like in the case of foods like milk.
