here i am 5 weeks out and i am 212 pounds and still growing and Cruising in my prep. feel so good this time working with ALI AMINI , not really tired or depleted.....thought of not posting any Pics this year but i guess there are lots of people out there want to see how we do it and how we look like from time to time and i am willing to share that with them... all what i can say is i will be at my best this time... to my fans.. SOON u gonna see me where i belong

Well, to win in the IFBB he needs more gut and some synthol delts. Then he wuld also need to get his calves down and pose naked in front of old men. THEN he would be ready for the IFBB.

last year ur toughest competitor was someone with tha name Andre,.Lee was an already winner when he walked in of course,.but u looked almost close to him in some pics and u looked good(Fact).

Botom line is , who will be ur toughest compitetors this year bro? and are ther any new guys who u shold consider?

Last question: do u think Andre will also use synthol in his delts this year?

you got very good muscle shape with no synthol sammy , and you were right when you said size is not everything

first qualify...then spend about 3years getting treated badly and placing low for his involvement with PDI & wayne....then maybe he starts making a bit of money in IFBB

4. Do you have a regular job also?
5. Does your wife assist in your meal prep?
6. How do you find the balance between training and being their for you wife and kids?

and i beleive every one will come to the show to WIN and i am one of them

Andreas is a great guy and good friend of mine but i guess u have to ask him ur self about the Synthol stuff

YES all the time, and the best thing is she knows how to measure my food so i dont lose count in the CArb or protien intake...

its the best thing can happen to me when i come from the gym and see the kids jumping on me looking for the daily fight and the father being monster so they can kill me with their weapons, the lady always having her soft touch on me and pushing me to the limit. some times its hard to be in the moood of playing with kids or talking to my wife coz of the law carb or heavy training but they all understand. and i REALLY LOVE them for accepting me the way i am.....
