what do u mean how heavy i do lift??!! in Bench?? Squat?? i really dont know which one u want but i can tell u this, incline bar 3 plates 8reps..flat bench 4 plates 6reps..shoulder press 3 plates 6 reps...squat 5 plates 6 reps...
by the way i am not into REALLY heavy lifting, i always do the wieght that i can handle and preform full range of motion....i never let wieghts controls me..I DO
