Excellent physique Sami - you look a lot heavier than 212 - very full muscles. Keep it up man and try and get into the IFBB - you will do some damage - the PDI's gonna die a death.

upper body wise yes but Shawn's legs were WAYYYYYYY better and bigger than Sami's, Sami looks awesome though for sure.

what do u mean how heavy i do lift??!! in Bench?? Squat?? i really dont know which one u want but i can tell u this, incline bar 3 plates 8reps..flat bench 4 plates 6reps..shoulder press 3 plates 6 reps...squat 5 plates 6 reps...

by the way i am not into REALLY heavy lifting, i always do the wieght that i can handle and preform full range of motion....i never let wieghts controls me..I DO

That physique is good enough to be top 10 in the IFBB. If all things align and the judges stop being stupid, he could crack top 6 at the Olympia. Now if Sami gets a huge gut he will surely crack top 6 at the Olympia.

COZ he is the BEST around....and i achived the best results with him in the past 2 years....YOU right we had a clash and i was so tough on him... called him up said SORRY and i wish if we can work again... he WELL COMED me with open arms and give me his best....every one do a mistake and some times we cross our lines... but the main mistake if u keep doing it with out admiting that u r WRONG.. i was wrong and i will never cross my lines with ALI AMINI or any body els

or would you like to enlighten us on the truth, or perhaps your tactics.

Looking good.. dont get into all those crazy drugs like synthol and others that will risk making your body look disfigured or deformed. Having a big upper body, your waist looks good. Keep it up.
