I have the DVD and yes he squats 405 for 30 reps, free standing. and that's just the beginning of the leg assault...
He does this after 4 sets of intense leg presses as well.
The guy has some very impressive legs...
The entire video is quite impressive, even him incline pressing 315 for drop sets...not bad at all.
