The link I went to, that SF supplied, states you squat 405 for 40 reps.

I'm mean, you are a little guy, so you might only have to move a few inches to be ass to the grass.
Maybe with a few rest pauses in there, but I'm inclined to think you did not do 405/30.

Dude I don't like to hate on people (I sure as hell can't do 405 for 30 or 40 reps), but you're telling me that he's reppin 405 like that, all natural, 10 weeks out??? I ain't buying it...

Not to mention the site says he did 40 and he said he did 30. Like I said I ain't doing that weight....if you're repping 405 for more that 20 you're strong as shit, hell if you're doing more than 10 w/ that weight correctly you're strong as shit!

If it's just to parallel on a smith machine I could see it. Doesn't translate to the same for full free-bar squats obviously.

I have the DVD and yes he squats 405 for 30 reps, free standing. and that's just the beginning of the leg assault...

He does this after 4 sets of intense leg presses as well.

The guy has some very impressive legs...

The entire video is quite impressive, even him incline pressing 315 for drop sets...not bad at all.

Leg workout...

Leg Press
Squats
Hack sled
Ham curls
running sled pulls in the parking lot
Parking lot lunges

and i probably forgot something in there.

He is one of the most intense trainers i've ever seen.

Anyone under 5'feet tall is considered to have a disability...Because so, they get free HGH from the government...Its the reason HGH was made in the first place...

People that use the stuff for such do believe they are natural for they believe they are lacking to begin with...Also anyone who gets they steroids via a script, believe in their own mind that they are natural..

One can make the mind believe anything...Some serial killers believe that they really didn't do it...
