Ben White is definitely a strong guy if those weights are real and his claims are real.

Now, he may out bench Jackson, but let's see what he can pull from the floor. The bench press is not the only test of strength by any stretch. I am guessing Johnnie will smoke him in the deadlift.

he claims to do 405 for 20 FULL reps. He specifically says he doesn't do partials like other bodybuilders (even though his reps look partial to me)

the only thing JOJ is strong on is deadlifts and i have my doubts on that as well, he only pulled 495 for 5 on BFTO 04 and on another one of his vids he looked like he was going to die bounce benching 405 for 3, he's nowhere near as strong as he claims.

Squad, as usual, you are ignorant to the facts. I have personally seen, from about 5 feet away, Johnnie pulling over 800 lbs in a competition when he was only a few weeks out from a bodybuilding competition. It was at the Rise of the Dead in Florida a few years ago. I have pics of it.

I am sure his strength flucuates a bit and the video you are referencing is old.

I agree... there are a pros stronger than johnie
chris in his prime levrone would eat him alive branch is stronger too...
i wont even mention colman at his prime makes johnies lifting look like a beginner
