I know him well and he may be overweight but he never knowingly told a lie on here or exaggerated any lifting claims. And he does well know those he claims to know. And they know him as well. Mohammid (and the Mrs too) and Sly and David and Paul and Pete and loads of people in the TV and movie industry.

But I do argue with him a bit on his stance against those who defend an organization that they believe in. But he totally believes that those organizatons should in turn support their members to the utmost.

If you were an athete who needed help, the first man you'd ever go to would be Keith if you really knew him well. He would fight for your rights as an athlete to the very end and break lots of toes and noses and cause lots of havoc along the way.

He can be a bull in a China-shop when it comes to procuring what he believes is justice for athetes (and even actors).

I don't always agree with his methods, but he is definitely an advocate for "Athletes' Rights". You can be sure of that!

And - he doesn't lie - except when it comes to Key Lime Pie.

BUT I gotta tell Keith and Squad that I know more stars and athletes today, than he'll ever get the chance to meet in the remainder of his lifetime. When I was a kid, I decided that I'd so my best to meet whomever I felt was important to me in my own mind while on this big bue marble.... and so far I have honestly succeeded..... and will complete that quest if given the time to do so.

Yea, Boon, Thanks, It's great. Good enough to attempt to write a book about it someday.

I hope you're living life the same. I've had too many good friends who departed early without the chance to do so and many more who passed away much later in there lifetimes without ever having accopmplished just a small part of their dreams because they let the thought of "impossibility" get in their way.

Boon, think of the great "one thing" you really want to do ..... and believe in yourself to get it done ..... and, believe me, it will be done. And in many cases, not in the exact way you wanted it to happen.... but surpriseingly better than your original dream.

Sorry, getting off track here. Back to Keith and important others.
