As a a child he was forced to behind the neck press 500 lbs worth of bundled bamboo tied with seaweed for reps. He has one child, Arwan whatshisname, aka Kiwiol. Inbreeding caused Kiwi to inherit his father's strength and genes, but came with it madness.

   Hope everything goes well for you- sure it will. Just don't go at it like your 18, last thing you need is an injury or a hernia. My doc got after me for doing things to fast and acting like I was still in my 20's. I have had shoulder bursitis and a groin pull and what is a very near hernia. I was forced to drop some weight and tighten my mid section before I attempted the heavy weights again.
   You have much more experience than I but, sometimes hearing from someone else helps.
    I am very curios as to what you are getting into- is it a movie? Are you getting a steady part in a TV show?
