yeah I know man, I was over in the emirates this summer (that's pretty much where I grew up). Bahrain as a country is smaller than Daddywaddy in comparison to Sami, not quite as gay though

Prostitution is big in dubai, and from what I hear a "protected" business... you would think that in a small city like dubai would be easily eradicated if unwanted. Lots of armenian and russian prostitutes, yes.

Bro i will see it in short coz u know if u i go in detail it will be very long...

1- i train 5 days a week
2- one muscle each time but Arms together
3- no cardio, abs 2 times a week
4- i use same wieght for the off and On season
5- i use 4 sets with 10-8 reps
6- training timing from 50-60 min.
7- i take Massage once a week so the muscle can take more blood and be flexible and help me with the Lacktik acid

plz ask me if there is any thing missing

I heard another show is cancelled (forgot which country) and the questionmarks are now placed behind the French and Norwegian shows. I personally think, if one show after another is cancelled, so will the rest be, but who knows. Forwarding the info to my trainer now. Thanks!
