Dreamer is the victim of Flex magazine and the bodybuilding.com message boards.  His prior workout routine and supps is textbook bodybuilding.com message boards.  His diet, in terms of caloric intake, is right out of Flex magazine (4,000+ cals a day to bulk while not on gear).

Your at-the-moment supps are all you need, and don't bother reordering animal pak.  It's just a multivitamin marketed with a guy wearing a wifebeater and skullcap.  Truth is you don't even need the multivitamin. Multi's were thought of for people who were not going to be eating well enough, not bodybuilders whose entire staple is a healthy diet.  Glutamine is just for guys who want to believe that the powder they spent $30 bucks on actually does something, when the preponderance of the evidence flies in the face of this.  The current state of bodybuilding supplements today is one that plays off insecurities and placebo effects, and it clearly does it very well.

"You'd do better with a 3 days/week 1 hour whole body routine using compound lifts with weights which see you fail in the 8-12 range."

This is right.  Also, I noticed this on that bodybuilding.com link you posted:

"Dude please dont ever visit www.getbig.com/boards everyone there has been ripping you a new butthole...so I'd advise you to steer clear. If you really want help with your cut man, send me a pm and I'll see what I can do for you..."

Let me see if I understand this.  He wants you to stay clear of getbig, which is full of people who call bullshit on all of the workout and supplement propaganda, and stay on bodybuilding.com, which is what got you to where you are in the first place?

Yes i did state that. I came here solely because some idiot made an account and pretended to be me. I actually didn't make this thread. But when i did come here to fix the account and announce that there was someone impersonating me on my account. People have matured and majority are not flaming me.. atleast anymore. So i'm more then happy to join this board.

I disagree about multivitimins.  The average bodybuilding diet consists of a lot of chicken and starchy carbs, but nowhere near enough vegetables and fruits, which is where essential micronutrients come from.  You're right that "animal pack" is way overpriced, though.  Fish oil is also a good idea.  But both of these are for health moreso than bodybuilding progress.

All the rest of the crap he was taking was all but useless, though.  You can't really blame him, though, given that bb.com's whole reason for existance is to sell supplements, so it naturally follows that most posts on there focus on supplements.

Oh, and 4000 calories a day is definitely excessive, "bulking" or not.  It explains the excessive fat gain.

Thanks WhiteCastle.

Dreamer I forgot to say- do cardio on non-lifting days, 30-45 minutes with good intensity (you should be sweating hard).  If you're in bad shape, build up your intensity over a couple weeks.

People have matured and majority are not flaming me.. atleast anymore. So i'm more then happy to join this board.

Sometimes what seems like flaming is a wake up call.  Can't believe no one told you off in the middle of that dirty bulk!  We would've slapped you around, but you'd be in better shape for it.

I would agree on multivitamins if they showed benefits over the lifecourse, but they don't.  What we know now based on long-term studies is that there has not been a beneficial impact from multivitamins, but instead for some groups they put people at risk....men for prostate cancer, women for osteo,  and smokers for some reason as well.  I think the reason why is that we have assumed that the body will do something with the vitamins that will beat the impact of taking a large solid pill.  But it hasn't materialized, and nobody knows why.  It's the same case with antioxidants.  They do great in test tubes but don't do shit when they hit the human body.  For the last 6 years or so, we were told lycopene was a great antioxidant to defend against prostate cancer.  Theoretically it is.  However, last month a massive epidimiological study on lycopene ever found no effect from it at all.

This is what we're up against with multivitamins.  The old research was mostly theoretical.  Only in the past 10 years or so have we had enough data on people that spans decades (because of no world wars that wipe out men in the past 50 yrs that would bias the sample and/or ration food) to see if any of the theoretical stuff pans out.  It hasn't so far.

Dreamer, do us all a favor and shut the hell up. You look like complete shit. Your diet is full of processed foods. You have way to much fat, absolutly no muscle and you look like complete crap. Don't bring your nonsense wanna be bulking diet over here. I am not putting you down, I am giving you a dose of reality. You look like complete shit. Bulking is useless if you dont train and workout. Your picture now is the daily joke. You are among the internet fools who have graced us.

I don't think he's a clown or anything, and I believe him when he says he goes to the gym 5x a week, he just doesn't know what he's doing and needs some guidance.

Yes, we must deprogram him.

At 5x a week he should be badly overtrained, but that would have seen at least some muscle growth.  I suspect he was pushing weight in the 4-6 rep range which he could have moved 12-15 times.

Nlarge2 - Wasn't all that crash hot. Was average. I wouldn't buy again.

CytoGainer - Was great. Might get again during a bulk if i need the extra calories.

No-explode - a gimmick. It gave me a buzz for about the first 2-3 months then my body adapted and it didn't work. Obviously i just decided to take more each time hoping for the buzz to return. But all that happened was i felt bloated when working out. Also got cramps. Defiantly a waste of money after your body adapts. Over-priced also.

Animal Stak 2 - Was just stupid of me to get this considering i'm 18 and my test levels are already high. I did actually notice some strength gains when using this for the first few months. But that could also be due to the placebo effect from just taking it. Waste of money.

Animal Pak - Good overall product. Gives me no strength benefits. Just good for health in long run.

Anator p70 - I didn't notice anything at all with this product. Nothing at all. I have a tub and a half left. So i guess i'll use it when i bulk again. But i defiantly wouldn't buy again.

Glutamine - A gimmick. nothing more really.

HigherPower - Good source of creatine. Will Continue to buy.

Fish oil Tablets - Good for health and joints. Will continue to buy

you must be an angel in the inside otherwise i can't understand how your girlfirend loves you

I don't actually understand what you mean by this.
The supplements i have taken in the past have been.
Nlarge2
CytoGainer
No-explode
Animal Stak 2
Animal Pak
Anator p70
Glutamine
HigherPower Creatine

At the moment my supplements are:
Max Protein Lean
Higher Power - Creatine
Fish Oil tablets
(i ran out of Animal pak. But going to re-order)

Thats pretty much it.

There is a Bosnian snake-oil vendor that would  love to meet you, Dreamer.
