Dreamer, the thing at start is to keep it simple, it's very easy to overcomplicate matters.
Train 3 times a week, do cardio 2-3 times a week, eat healthy 3 times a day, perhaps throw in an extra egg or protein shake.
that's it, there's no shortcut to getting more muscle (except for drugs) just stay with the program and in a year you'll see some decent differences.
try to stay in a 10-12 BF range, that's lean with some abs showing, don't go do bulking cycles.
