" Abzilla " !! That was his nickname anyways ... he looked great ( and I MEAN GREAT ), however, not having enough size hurt him at times.  :-\

As a matter of fact, the last time he competed ( if I remember correctly ) he had actually added on quite a bit of size but looked terrible ... he wasn't quite as hard as he usually is ... and that's saying something because Haidar would come in SHREDDED !

i swear it seems like a bunch of you guys care about abs and nothing else.

jay cutler is a freak of nature with bigger shoulders than his head and a back twice as wide as he is tall, but because he has a big middle he gets torn apart and called a fridge.

ahmad haidar has an average at best physique but because his abs are stellar people act like he should be mr olympia.
