personal trainer, but it seems like everything he tries to pontificate on, he knows shit about.
anyone with a clue about strength training knows that there is only one way to train for strength and that is with weights. nothing else come close (btw, body weight is still a weight

) ie muscle contracts against greater loads it gets stronger, a no brainer really.
now, if you're talking about skill, agility, balance, speed, power, endurance, etc, etc, then those things are different matters.
