He's still a freak, but i dunno I think its over for him, although I think he's done a good job repairing his lat/tricep, it should be an interesting show.

He looks a little softer than some pics I saw of him a few weeks ago. I think Jay is ahead in the conditioning at this point. Hopefully Jay won't overdiet.

thing is, even if Jay is bigger, if ronnie is smaller but ripped and vascular, he will be good enough to win.

Ronnie has beaten bigger competitors before by having much better quality:

ronnie noew looks like he will struggle to hang in the top 5 jeeez his left arm is looking as bad as yates in reverse!
has nothing left, should have retired last yr, but he has decided to come back and get totally spanked by cutler and probally a few others!

He is smaller, no surprise, and the vascularity is there but where did the muscle separation go? He must be on high sodium at the moment.

Wtf he looks more pale than usual, how is this possible?

I guess age is finaly catching up even to Ronnie Coleman.

ronnies actually making a mochery of himself with that hairdo and goatee, he's basically going onstage looking like a clown with a flat tire !

last year his right shoulder over powered his left in the most muscular pose. imo its one of the reasons he lost...along with holding water and the lat symetry issue.

looks like one out of three(shoulders are even) has been taken care of...and i dont see ronnie coming in anything but shredded.

the only thing left is the lat...i know it wont be perfect(you can tell that just from the front double bi pic) but i think he could make it close. in fact i think he would be best off not even training his right lat goign into the show..just do single arms left lat contraction type movements anfd let his back even out. having a symetrical back is more important than the little bit of extra mass he would have.
