IF you want to make ANY progress whatsoever, and you would like to be involved in bodybuilding for any length of time, you are going to need to have some kind of physique which right now you definitely do not. Here is my advice. STARTING TOMORROW all you do is 2 hours of cardio per day. Keep eating 6 small meals per day, high protein moderate fat almost zero carb. You need to drop a LOT of fat son, right now when you flex does anything move??? NO. So how the hell do you know what's going on when you train, and how much progress are you making? How do people react when you say you lift weights? For God's sakes lean out first so we can actually see what the hell you look like, THEN you can start adding quality mass. ALso since I am guessing youre going to totally blow me off, at the very least work ONLY your shoulders arms and abs for the time being, as you have the arms of a 12 year old girl and the worst shoulder to waist ratio I have ever seen. It might seem like I'm being an asshole, but I'm trying to help, and fucks sake stop taking all supplements but protein essential fats and glutamine. Period. The LAST thing you should be taking is creatine which is blurring your already non-existent definition. Bust your ass for 6 weeks, drop that disgusting bodyfat and go on a bulking cycle of heavy weights and clean nutrient dense food. Six months from now if you listen to me you will be shocked at how much you can improve. As things stand now you're going to wake up a year from now looking the same or worse and just give up altogether.
