i remember back in the day when i was starting serious i was 190lb maybe 195lb after good eating,,ofcourse hormonized on something everytime i could,,people actually asked me when i enter the gyms if i was 240lb,,some brothers and im talking about big big brothers with muscle on the frame and years in gym thought i was 250lb like them only with small waist and very good build,,those were good days

,,ill be damn if i didnt look everybit 240lb at 190lb 6-7%,,girls told me yuck youre too big with a fuck me smile,,i was fucking 190lb

by the way palumbo used to be a beast out of this world when he was 280-300lb,,we once ate in same place together not same table but same place,,they all looked at him,,i got no looks i was covered,,he had a biker jacket on:D those were good days

palumbo was one of the sbiggest bodybuilder at one time in the same leage of size as don long,,ron coleman,,jason,,and greg k,,in pictures and in reality,,was mosterous beast
