isnt there a possibility that if you rest too much between sets you would increase the risk of injury by cooling down.unless you're into 1rm or something i dont really set the need for it. i do very little rest which was tough at first but it seems the body kinda adjust to it and my workout doesnt take forever because of it
whatyou dont flex in the mirror between sets wearing nothing but spandex shorts and string tank?
maybe a minute. tops.
