redwine-diet down to really low BF(veins showing on chest, shoulders, lower abs) .after you maintain that low BF for a while(couple months), really slowly upper your calories from clean foods, gain 4~5kg, while doing some cardio.
youll see that the 10%BF you have after is way way different quality than 10%BF before you dieted.
1 or 2 cheat meals , thats ok, i'm doing the same these days
