Come on folks.

Ben White is a rookie with a good physique, who is trying to put himself on the level of the top pros like Johnny.

it's bodybuilding.  not powerlifting.  JoJ doesn't care about being the strongest.

I think Ben White is acting a lot like King Kamali once did... he talks trash about the top guys, when he hasn't proven anything.  Ben White should have entered the AC if he really had the guts to take on JoJ. 

I say, don't give White the attention.  He hasn't earned it.  Tell him to put down the calculator, stop trying to injure himself, and enter a freaking bodybuilding show.

Ben White's an asswhipe.  Johnny's actually won some shows.  He's playing the kamali card and he'll probably do about as well as Kamali has.  Talking smack won't make him a better bodybuilder, ask Kamali.   

Did anyone catch his MD chest training video?  He basically brags about how strong he is and then goes on to bench 315 and do a bunch of machines.  How pathetic.

He has better genetics and is starting almost a decade later (think: improved sports medicine and gear)

However, until White steps onstage, he's nothing but a kid applying for a pro card who can't stop making claims and challenges.

When he wins $1 in the IFBB, he can talk.

It doesn't really matter who can bench or squat more in bodybuilding. However, if you claim you are the strongest so-and-so and that no one can hang with you strengthwise it only stands to reason someone is going to challenge you. No matter how strong someone thinks they are there's always someone stronger.

Ben aint no Spring Chicken Dude!  Johnny might be like 34-35 at most....Ben is in that same wheelhouse if not older.  I think he claims 30 but he is older than that for sure.  Good bodybuilder, great bench presser, intolerable human being.  Johnnie would smoke him in a 3 lift meet....no doubt!

Ben White is friend of mine. I am a JJ fan, but JJ can not hang with Ben on the bench press. TRUST ME. Now if is was a full PL meet that would be different story b/c Ben has never squatted or deadlifted in his life

2. If you're only a "fan" of JOJ, then how the hell would you know how much he can press?! Let alone know that he can't press more than white
