Dude, I said he was dumb for the decision he made regarding, you know as well as I do that has very little if anything to do with his job performance.
What is a Senator's job?
Make legislation. Laws. They create laws we follow. They spend our money. They vote to send us to fight wars. They decide where our nation's money goes. They write the laws which dictate our freedoms (the Constitution).
THis man pleaded guilty to a crime. He did something, was interviewed by police, had 27 days to figure it out, and then "accidentally" pleaded guilty?
It has EVERYTHING to do with his job performance. He's telling us he doesn't understand a minor misdemeanor public behavior law. That's what he's telling us, right? He's telling us that he accidentally pleaded guilty to something - despite having a lawyer and 4 weeks to sort it out.
If the man cannot understand one law, in 4 weeks, with the help of his lawyer -
How in the WORLD can he understand complex legislation which sends hundreds of billions of dollars of borrowed money into use?
He cannot, Joe. You and I both know he isn't "dumb". WE both know he didn't "accidentally" plead guilty to anything. He looked over the small charge with his attorney, spent 4 weeks deciding, then put his signature on it. He thought he could plead quietly, and no one would ever hear about it. He was deceptive.
Can you admit the man was Deceptive, Joe?
