No. Undoubtably he does and has superior genetics and a lifetime of sport has added to that but that has nothing to do with my comment. I don't particularly care about other people's physiques in any event; they are theirs and mine is mine and I work to improve mine. Moving on I wished this thread to be serious and I thought his imput ill placed. Quite apart from that, why would an American citizen, with the vast selection of medical schools available in America, voluntarily come to S. Korea to pursue medical school where the universities generally don't hold a candle to most in the USA? It sounds fishy.

Moreover the demonstrably poor punctuation and spelling of his irritate me no end.

you seem to be a smart guy, but like many smart guys, you overcomplicate stuff....without knowing you .i think thats a big reason as to why you havent gotten the best results out of your training (you blame it on genetics all the time)...

when your in the gym, become an animal, dont think, let your animal instincts take over. (dont pee on the floor tho)
