You asked Bay but I'll give it the old college try. Basically the HgG could theoretically cause some penile girth increase and erectile improvement through at least three mechanisms. hGH causes smooth muscle hypertrophy so it's possible the corpus cavernosum could get bigger. hGH also increases cGMP in smooth muscles. IGF1 increases cells that respond to nitric oxide and also helps with nerve regeneration to some extent.

I'd argue it the science backs up the possibility that penis growth could be a wanted effect. That being said, since the use can also cause diabetes, cancer, weird looking structures and big bellies... only individuals can tell if the risk reward ratio is good. There also may be a certain level of erectile dysfunction caused by higher doses or synergy due to other drugs used for bodybuilding.
