« on: September 29, 2007, 12:13:14 AM »
I lift 4 days a week all natural. i do 4 weeks of volume training(8-12 reps for 3-4 sets, 3-4 exercises/bodypart) and then switch to strength training(pyramid down from 12,10,8,6 increasing weight with each set). How do i get my muscles denser

lift big ass weights + lots of powerlifting & olympic lifting movements.  look at light weight olympic lifters, most are thick and dense as hell.

I agree!

When I do lifting cycles that include heavy O'Lifts and PL lifts, my whole body thickens up big time, espically the upper back/traps and quads from olympic stance ass to grass squats!

for strength training, keep the reps from 2-8 for any given set.

As far as density, I agree with the other guys: Age, genetics and maybe a little more size.
