Couple things I've learned, one the hard way, about getting in shape again and losing weight.
1) Don't lose the weight too quickly. Maybe a couple pounds a week. Too fast and skin will sag, requiring surgery to remove. Check with doc now and then.
2) Give tendons and ligaments a chance to catch up to muscles. Regardless of how strong I was, or how fast I was getting strength back, going too fast just gave me tendonitis that set me way back.
I also apologize for some things I said a while back. Stupid things I'd never have said to your face. Nowadays (past couple years) I read Getbig to see why the successful are so. Examples include you, Chick, Vince Basile, Ron, and others. You'll succeed this time as well if anyone can - businesswise and weightwise.
