This is a great thread. I hear so much fucking shit everyday. I was at the gas station 2 days ago and the cashier girl asked me how much I could bench. I told her zero because I don't do bench press. I think the moderator at the bodybuilding.com forums who looks like your average joe and is claiming record or near-record lifts (and won't post any vids or pictures) is one of the better I have seen. He doesn't have any problems finding clothes that fit.
