C'mon dude, I do them 1-2 times per week to help with my flexibility and when I have I have the energy, I'll spin 1-2 times per week. Good stuff, try it. It adds something the monotony of the same ol BS training.

"wickedtruth" from the training board has the biggest whoppers i've ever heard, he squatted 315 the first time he ever did the exercise, his squat went from 315 for 1 to 585 for 2 in 6 months, he does 405 pound close grip benches, 405 for 10 barbell rows, 405 for 9 good mornings, one arm preacher curls a 90 pound db for reps, hahahahahahaaaaa.

99% of the pros who claim to be natural.... I only take my blablabla products and train 2 times a day and have never taken a steroid in my life... by the way what is a steroid? is that a type of fish?

lol. Ya know, I gotta admit that under my previous account I tried my best to like him, and I even PMed him several times with lifting advice. But the other day I actually read some of his training log and I think he's about as full of shit as they come. The squat claims are just plain stupid. He claims to be on minimal juice and doesn't even use a squat suit YET he can squat over 600 for a 1RM

oh brother, I went to my old high school's football game Friday, and overheard a parent in the stands claiming that his 160lb kicker son could bench "around 495" if he really wanted to, but didn't think it would be good because it would "affect his speed'
