Ronnies back is not that bad
« on: October 02, 2007, 01:04:14 AM »
If he poses it right and doesnt squeez his lats together when he does a back db pose it actually looks pretty even.   If Ronnie can repair or work on his lat, build up his tricep and bring his legs back up to normal size, he could win he AC in march.

I'm a fan of Ronnie, but mate lets be realistic, those injuries he has will not be able to be fixed. Just compare the 2 sides bro, everything on his left side is smaller than his right side. I wish he would win the AC, but it ain't gonna happen.
No doubt about it...

Ronnie will always be my favorite bodybuilder but he's just not in it anymore he needs to just retire. Nothing will get bigger except his stomach.

Aside from a bigger waste and more water, what else does he have on Victor?

I had Ronnie in fourth, but I definitely didn't have Dexter beating him and Wolf!  I would have placed Wolf higher than Ronnie and possibly winning it, with Victor and Jay also beating Ronnie.  Ronnie was a legit fourth place at the show, but the order was wrong.  He should have come in at 292 again.  I think he would have been second.

i'm sure the judges had a perfectly legitemate reason for placing ronnie above wolf.

maybe it was his amazingly tight midsection or his overall dryness. his unbelievable symmetry perhaps?

At least Ronnie had size though...

My question is: what on earth possessed the judges to place Dexter ahead of Ronnie (other than his MuscleTech sponsorship)?  ???

i heard that from 2008 the prejudging is going to be omitted altogether and the contestants will merely be asked at the athlete's meeting 2 questions:

1. who's dick you ridin?

2. how far up are they?

It would save time.  ;D

Ronnie and Jay were both off.  I'm really not seeing all these flaws Wolf allegedly has to relegate him to fifth...

I am the biggest coleman fan out there...
his back is fcuked accept it...
accept it
and take consolation in the fact that if coleman hadnt injured his lat and tricep noone would have beaten him till he retired

Matt, I am a big supporter of Ronnie also...but at some point you have to face reality.  Ronnie is near 45 and is clearly on the downward side of his career, this cannot be disputed.

arguably he is the 4th - 10th best BB on stage.  Now, if he wants to compete because he wants to that is one thing, but lets not make excuses and paint a rosy picture here.

1. Wide gut
2. Destroyed back
3. Shrinking legs.
4. Lack of triceps
5. And overall his appearance is not pretty any more, now I squint one eye and turn my head sideways when he is on stage.

Ronnie was great if not the best ever, but father time is a cruel man, he makes everything work against you.
Here comes the money shot
