I need some help.......please!!!!!!! I was in an accident 1 year an a month ago, sustained several injuries, have 5 herniated discs in mid n lower back, 2 in neck, a rotator cuff tear, miniskis tear in knee n hip issues. I went to PT n Aqua therapy for the past 4 months, did help some but still have pain. Insurance company has currently cut that off. Over the time period of no working out allowed (10 or so months) I gained weight, was depressed etc. Since June have lost 50lbs. doing as much cardio as my injuries allow (currently walk 2mi.daily, 6x a week n at least 3x a week tai bo or other cardio as second session of cardio daily as well. I eat very clean, 5-6x a day, mostly higher protein, very low carb, no sugar, only small amt of "good" fat and went thru 1 "session" of clen, which helped move things along happily. I still need to lose another 25-30lbs. I have been a a standstill for the past month or so, lose 3lbs. gain 2, lose 1, gain 2....just up n down alittle instead of steadily losing again...I know little fluctuations r normal/water but I am becoming extremely frustrated, there is no way I would discontinue my quest but I need some assistance. Can anybody suggest anything to move this along keeping my injuries in mind. I work thru the pain, ice myself after everyworkout and advil is my best friend! Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
