Don't hold me to it but as of right now my name is already in the hat. I'm training again, this time using more of a high intensity(DC) method and I've already shot back up to 229 from 215-218 range. My body often goes into strange states of rhabdomyolysis, but here lately I've kept my cpk levels in between 150-300. We'll see. If I can put it together and KEEP it together, I can be competitive on a mass level. My standout bodyparts are back and arms. I'm weak on calves, forearms and abs. My chest can be very thick but gyno is present. I'm sure that will definitely be the subject of much flame, but oh well.
Oh and PS: I won't be on the gas this time, unless I can get clearance from my doctor to do so, which I won't. A boy can dream though.
Just a final thought, maybe the internet "bodybuilding" circuit should have two big shows too. Mr. Getbig= Mr. Olympia and the Ron Avidan Classic= the Arnold?
