The final episode was actually pretty interesting.  It wasn't them picking up.  They had to teach novices and it seemed quite decent, rather than setup.

I lived with a guy who has been to a mystery seminar, I could have went but taking drugs and seeing music seemed like a way better idea (still does, had a good time).

Its hard for me to be able to understand how an actor can be "shy" as that guy was.

Because when you read a script you pretend to be something you are not.  Many actors are known to be shy in real life.  Also where is the proof that the entire show was scripted?  Not that I doubt that it was scripted.

It's part of his act. I've seen his film demo and he's making out with girls on it.
It's totally scripted. One of the girls in the club was also a plant.

Mystery's methods have real science behind them, but it's not going to help a total slob bag a hot chick like he says. Anyone that looks pretty good and doesn't come off as a creepy stalker can bang a drunk hot chick.

Height is a major factor Mystery doesn't talk about. Women are definately attracted to tall guys.

It's doesn't mean you can't get laid all the time and be short;
I'm saying that being tall is a MAJOR bonus.

The principal is the same as peacocking;
women immediately notice the tall guy in the room.
Tall guys stand out and command attention.

Mystery doesn't talk about this because people would assume his personal success is mostly due to his height.

Pop star admits he tried too hard to beef up

Gareth Gates has admitted he took too many steroids in an effort to improve his physique.

The 22-year-old, whose new single Changes is out now, says 18 months ago he was into body building in a big way.

'I'd been on the steroids,' he admits. 'I was taking Creatine, which is a legal steroid, and I went through a stage of having that with lots of protein supplements and going to the gym five days a week.

'It got to the point where I looked in the mirror and the size of my neck was just ridiculous.

'So I had to say, "Woah", and ease off the gym a bit. That was about a year and a half ago and I haven't been since, so I'm back to my usual skinny self. I've still got the stretch marks...'

The Pop Idol star reckons he's not self-obssessed though.

'I take pride in my appearance,' he tells Celebs On Sunday, 'but I'm not vain, although lots of people would disagree.

'I spend 10 minutes getting ready - and then about half an hour looking in the mirror!'
