Most I ever Deadlifted was 500 lbs ... and, DAMN, was it HEAVY !  :D

No idea.  Im too fucking fat and my arms are too short to get to the bar and keep my hips in the proper position.  Every conventional pull I try turns into a stiffleg with a rounded low back, so I dont do them anymore.  That being said, all of my work in the powerrack  and off of blocks/mats is conventional.

Nope....525 is the most i've ever pulled.....that's five plates plus 15 lbs on each side for the mathematically challenged ( belt & straps unfortunately)

I think you need to in order to register at getbig.

Here is me deadlifting 430:



My form is a bit shit to say the least, but the truth is, I would have lifted more with proper form.  Now that I actually deadlift properly I can lift more, but still under 500.  Not for long though.

How much do you deadlift Trap?

On a good day I can deadlift 150 kg  (330 lbs) for 5 reps with good form, sometimes that's 4, sometimes 6.

But the question was how much can Jesus deadlift?
