true. even though they let ed kawak, brian buchanan, and several other nabba guys into the ifbb, they told King ( a multiple universe winner) and Mike Quinn that they would have to qualify through the npc.

Mike went back and won the usa's ( he had already won the universe); Jeff said forget it and retired.

All I have to say is Wow. 

All you have to really do is thank the judges for killing off the sport.  They did the same thing to women's bodybuilding and figure.  It's just taken Men's Bodybuilding a little longer to catch up.

When you  reward these ugly physiques, this is what shows up at contests.

Looking at Jay compared with these guys, and even the shows I personally went to in the 90's is a JOKE.

At 6' he was bigger than most, but not as big as Rory, Bob preferred to stay pretty lean in the off season while Rory liked to blow up to 280-300.

Yeah, I've got a few, after all we did train for a couple of years....and I did used to date his boyfriends sister and Jon Aranita wound up marrying his boyfriends other sister..LOL!

Ok, but that require thinking and thinking takes carbohydrates and I'm lacking carbohydrates at the present, but as you can tell by my previous posts on other thread.....I'm real good at arguing..LOL.

But believe me when I tell you I have nothing bad to say and still have the utmost respect for him to this day. Rory on the otherhand, I still talk and see him on a pretty regular basis. I'll have some stories when I gather my wits.

And how much of an impact does massive steroid use and insulin have to play in this.
