i can tell even from what you say on a forum
i on the other hand dont bark.......nor do i give ppl shit for no reason.....
you should pay more attention to ur training when ur in the gym and stop counting the poundages that certain ppl are lifting against what you can lift......u must finish ur workout with a mental note like...
* the guy in the corner (6'2" , short blonde hair 190lbs ) was squatting 2 plates each side for 12 reps aproxx
* the guy at the pulleys (5'8" black hair 200+ lbs) was doin pressdowns with too much weight (coz i cant do it with that weight)
* the guy on the low row was pulling a tiny amount of weight ( next time i see him in here using that machine im gonna stop my workout and start using the same machine as him to show him im stronger)
every story is about weight/poundages yet ur still a fat prick.......how can u pay so much attention to every1 in the gym.......and what amazes me is you remember it so you can post it on here.....
