Thanks for the Titus update.....I have sorta made friends with Craig over the years ...no close aquantances but more of someone that would nod his head at me and vice versa..H's sorta like TO  totaly missunderstood..with bad missfortunes...as for Kelly I never knew her...or liked her in a babe way...she just was never attractive to me...I was more of a Monica B  guy.
hahahahaa, "misunderstood", poor baby. :'( :'( ::)

Thats because they are innocent!
Innocent men don't put duct tape all over the face of a dead person who overdosed.
No jury in their right mind would let Craig Titus Free.

It would be cool if this trial got televised on Court TV or something so we could watch and laugh.  Unfortunately, Titus & Ryan are pretty much nobodies in the mainstream world, so it may not make the cut

Before the long delay of the Supreme Court, Court TV was planning to televise it, and they still may as an actual trial date comes up.  I spoke to a few of the reporters from CBS, and Court TV, and others, so there is still interest.

Also, eventually this thread will be moved to the Titus & Ryan Board...

They are on trial for their lives. I can safely say that Craig and Kelly won't be compete if they are ever set free or received a reduced sentence. But watch... one day, they will be at the Olympia expo at a booth...

Ron,

Judging by what you know of the facts of the case, do you think they stand a good chance of being acquitted?

Maybe we could start an email campaign to convince Court TV to run it?

It'll be covered on cable, for sure.  The details are juicy, as it were, so there will be lots of ghastly interest...including my own 8).

I don't know. I think a jury may have a hard time on premeditated murder in this case, as there isnt even a cause of death, or a primary motive. But we don't know all of the facts. We only know what the one side said, one side that went right to a grand jury and indicted. There wasnt even a preliminary hearing?

There are a lot of rumored facts and other stories that have been told that may come up in the trial. But until it is brought up, it is a rumor.

So we need to wait for the trial to hear other facts. After we hear both sides, we can then make a judgement.

I was babysat by a murderer as a kid. I used to be friends with his kid and didn't know his dad did or sold drugs, I was too young.

One day he just went away I had no idea why. I asked my mom and I have vivid memories of her showing me a newspaper artice. The guy had beat his friend with a wrench to death when he was high because he owed him drug money.

He did 3 years for manslaughter. It was almost as though he was never gone.

I wonder how long Titus will be locked away?

Effectively, what this ruling does is let the case and trial finally start. There should be no more delays.  Except for the question of his prosecutor Robert Daskas is still on the case, as he announced his intentions to run for office, for the suburban congressional district.

Selling new copies of their "If we did it.." book no doubt.
