To go full circle as to what this thread was originally about, the amateur bodybuilder local wannabe's workout will have to be delayed if some fat guy is using the squat rack or whatever for curls. That's just the way it is. I went through that "my workout trumps that guys  workout phase". You'll get through it too.

You stupid m o t h e r f u c k e r!

I refer to people WHO DO NOT WORKOUT as in people who go to the gym and.... ahh fuck it just shut the fuck up man.

seriously im done replying to you.

You don't get my point now after I made it clear as day in my last post and that just shows how fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkking retarded you really are.

And I'm sure they feel the same way so what's your point?
That's my point.  They can think whatever they want.  My training is FAR more inportant to me than theirs will ever be.  And since my opinion is the only one with which I'm concerned, that's the one I'm going to run with.

UNLESS YOUR ASS IS CURLING A WHEEL OR BETTER ON EACH SIDE, GO TAKE UP SPACE SOMEWHERE ELSE! There's a limitied number of squat racks and cages and you damn sure don't need safety bars curling a barbell with a quarter piece on each side. If you do, you're not curling the weight to begin with. SHould be a fucking rule in most gyms. Yesterday is a perfect example. There are loads of PRELOADED barbells with weihgts marked on them for work in 5lb increments where I train...and when I got into the gym yesterday...all the squat racks and cages were full...3 people fucking curling and anotehr doing god knows what! Something the dude called a jump row. Look you want to make up your own exercises, do that shit at the YMCA where no one will know any different.  >:( >:( I'm ranting because this dude took 30 minutes TO DO TWO SETS OF BARBELL CURLS INT HE SQUAT RACK! 30 minutes for two sets. I finally asked him if he'd mind stepping out of the way between his 15 minute rests so I could get a workout in and he said he had one more drop set to do. Clown....took  every 2.5 inch weight he could find to make the bar look LOADED DOWN and striped them one rep at a time.

COME ON PEOPLE!  >:( >:(

 ;D

Fukkin' hilarious!

If it wasn't for paying members like these guys you wouldn't have a place to train. Unless of course you pay more for the ability to act like you own the place. There's always 2 or 3 mongo's in every gym who think they're workout is more important than anyone else's. ::)
Haha, well Mongo...I train hard and keep to myself, not making a spectacle and interfering with other workouts.  I pay the same rates and expect people to act like they are in the gym.  If you want to find another broad to seduce with your $ and tribal band, that's cool but do it on your own time.  The people that act like they own the gym are the ass bandits like you who think that their social life is more important.  They take up 20 minutes of bench time of 1/2 reps to talk to their "homies" and brag about the chicks they don't bang and then leave in their 1980 Honda Civic.  Yep, I'm the one that's dumb.   ::)

You'll have to forgive "top dog" cap86, his doo-rag slip off his ears and over his bluetooth earpiece and covered his eyes, thus confusing him into dropping his Ipod and then his other pant leg came unrolled from his knee, and he tripped over his untied shoelaces..... as you can see he was having a bad day :(

Anyways, use the equipment for what it's purpose is, a squat rack is not for curls, I don't care how much you are curling, get the fuck out of the way!! >:(

Seriously, grab a bar that is not in use and move to an area where you can complete the exercise.  It isn't a big deal but when I have to wait for someone to finish wrist curls so I can  do Good mornings or squats then I am not going to be happy.  I actually feel bad for other guys in my gym when they have to walk around me doing power cleans because some skinny schmoe is curling where I should be doing them. Oh well, if the bar hits a "Top Dog type" then I won't lose any sleep.   ;D

I can just see Top Dog telling Milos that he needs the squat rack for 20 more minutes to finish his wrist curls and that he should wait to do his 500 lb squats because he pays fees too.   ::)

If someone is using the equipment I need, like a squat rack, to do curls, I just stand directly behind them and pace back and forth with an amped up look on my face and mumble under my breathe about f'ing idiots not using the proper equipment...... >:(

Sorry booys, my original point was that unfortunately everyone pays the same dues and could use the equipment howevwer they choose. It inconveniences me too at times. I didn't think this thread would get so out of hand. As far as the tatoo, it's not barbed wire, I don't wear do rags, and as far as the tank top, what exactly do you guys wear in the Bahamas? I never said I was a BB and I think my wife looks pretty good. I know how rough it can get around here but I've seen alot worse.  These boards are pretty entertaining however.

Bizarrely - that's my second post. The first was on the subject of pickles or eating whole jars thereof.

Now – it’s going to take me so much longer to work my way up to through the rankings. Gutted.

Sadly you missed the subtle humour in my post - go back & read it a couple of thousand times & see if you can spot the hidden message....

First, I'm not planning to compete.  Second, if the lazy douchebags are taking up space I that I pay to use for their personal social hour, then there is a problem.  Like I said, you are one of these ass clowns and are taking it personal.  The gym is for lifting, period.

What kind of grammar is this? ??? You must be drunk or just fcukin stupid.
