I was looking at the nutrition content of KFC chicken. They state that if you remove the skin from the chicken breast and not eat the breading that you only ingest 2 grams of fat. Now this is serious diet food.
the breading is the whole reason you go to KFC, if you take the damn breading off you may as well just stay home and put a fucckin' chicken breast on the foreman grill.
When your driving on the road and you are forced to eat fast food, this isn't a bad option at all.
I know this site has been mentioned before, but if you're going to start calling KFC diet food you might as well get off getbig and join fantasyfeeder.com. That shit's not even chicken. You might as well kill the neighbor cat, fry it up and eat it.....it's probably healthier.
Just want to let you guys know you are all ASSHOLES!!!!! I'm 2 weeks into the 2nd phase of my diet and KFC is literally 2 freaking blocks from my house. I'm living on eggs, the occasional chicken breasts, 2 cups of green veggies and tons of protein shakes and you fukkers are talking about KFC!!! DAMN ALL OF YOU
